What we are
An AI robotics company built around three things: upselling, advertising, and delivery.
FoodLink System is based in Skudai, Johor, Malaysia. Our FL1 robot upsells, runs on-screen ads, collects Google Reviews, and moves goods point to point.
Operators in Malaysia and Singapore keep running into two problems at once. They can't find enough floor staff to run at full capacity. And they're leaving money on the table through upsells that never get offered and screens that never get used.
Most robots on the market just deliver. The FL1 delivers and earns at the same time, so one robot pays for itself from both sides instead of one.
Our story
Two engineers who couldn't stop thinking about a problem.
FoodLink System Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in May 2024 by two co-founders who had spent months talking to restaurant owners across Johor and Kuala Lumpur.
The same pattern kept coming up. Owners who could not find enough staff. Owners losing money on dessert and drink upsells that never got offered. Owners paying for marketing campaigns whose results they could not measure. Different problems on paper, but all pointing back to the same thing: not enough capacity on the restaurant floor to do the work that actually grows the business.
The FL1 was our answer. Not just a food runner. A robot that handles the physical work and earns revenue while it's at it, so floor staff can focus on customers.

Our team
A small engineering team behind the FL1.
Our team is based in Malaysia and Singapore. Software, AI, and deployment engineering are all in house. When something goes wrong at a customer site, the engineer on the phone is the one who knows the stack inside out.
We're operators first. The people calling the shots on the FL1 are the same ones deploying and supporting it with you.
Our approach
No dealers. No middlemen. Just honest engineering.
Most robotics companies sell through distributors. That means dealer markups on hardware, delays on support, and a chain of people between the customer and the engineer who can actually fix the problem.
We sell direct. Pricing is quoted for your restaurant specifically, not padded to cover three layers of commission. Support goes straight to our engineers. If a robot needs help on a Saturday evening, the right person picks up the phone.
We do not oversell. If a site assessment shows the FL1 will not pay for itself in your restaurant, we tell you. A robot that isn't profitable for the operator isn't profitable for us either, over time.
