One agent.
Two bodies.
Pip is the AI agent. It does the noticing, the thinking and the talking. FL1 and FL2 are our mobile platforms: the robot bodies that carry Pip around your venue.
Layer 1 · The agent
Pip

You see Pip as a blue penguin on the screen. Pip itself is the software behind it.
Pip is the part that works with people. It sees who is there, listens, decides what to say, and acts through your systems. You set what it may say and do.
What Pip does
- Notices when someone comes near
- Listens, in more than one language
- Decides what to say or do next
- Talks, recommends and explains
- Shows QR codes and sends orders to your POS
- Hands customers to your staff
- Reports to your owner dashboard
Layer 2 · The mobile platforms
FL1 · FL2
A mobile platform is the robot body. It moves, finds its way and carries things. It gives Pip eyes, a voice and a screen.
What the body does
- Moves around your venue
- Finds its own way, with no markers on the floor or ceiling
- Carries trays (FL1)
- Holds Pip's screens, cameras and speaker
- Goes back to its dock to charge (FL1)

FL1
In customer venues todayCarries trays, plays your campaign on a tall screen, and gets through aisles as narrow as 46 cm.

FL2
Available to order nowNo trays. A large screen at head height and two moving arms, built for greeting and guiding.
See FL2The real FL1 and FL2. Their settings are illustrations, not customer venues.
Who does what
The body moves. Pip does the talking.
Nothing in Pip assumes a robot. It needs a way to see, a way to speak, and something to control.

FL1 and FL2, side by side
FL2 is built for greeting, answering and guiding rather than carrying. It is available to order now. There are no customer deployments yet. FL1's chassis comes from an OEM partner; we engineer everything above it.
What is the difference between Pip and FL1?
Pip is the AI agent: the software that notices people, listens, decides what to do and talks to them. FL1 is the mobile platform it runs on: the robot body that moves, finds its way, carries trays and holds Pip’s screens. Pip is the conversational AI agent that powers FL1.
Is Pip a robot?
No. Pip is an AI agent. Today it comes on FL1, our robot, so it can move around your venue and meet people. Nothing in Pip assumes a robot. It needs a way to see, a way to speak, and something to control. FL2 is a second body for Pip, available to order now.
How much do Pip and FL1 cost?
FoodLink System quotes every venue on its own, based on size, operating hours and what Pip needs to do. You start with a 3-month pioneer phase and can cancel anytime in those 3 months, with no penalty. If it works, it continues as a 12-month lease.
Does it work in cafes and supermarkets, or only restaurants?
Pip on FL1 is built for restaurants, cafes, salons and supermarkets. Pip is set up for each place: recommending dishes in a restaurant, explaining services in a salon, and guiding shoppers and promoting products in a supermarket.
