What is FoodLink System?
FoodLink System is a Malaysian company that builds Pip, an AI agent for physical spaces. Pip is the conversational AI agent that powers FL1, our robot. It sees, listens, decides and acts. FoodLink System is based in Skudai, Johor, and serves Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
What is Pip?
Pip is an AI agent that works in a real place, not in a chat window. It notices who is there, listens, decides what to do, and acts through the systems it is connected to. Today it asks for Google reviews, recommends, plays and explains your campaigns, sends orders to a connected POS, and hands customers to your staff.
Where can Pip work?
Pip is built for restaurants, cafés, salons and supermarkets. It can also be set up for hotels, events, airports, safety and inspection rounds, and security patrols. FoodLink System serves Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Does Pip replace my staff?
No. Pip takes the questions nobody has time for, and does the asking: reviews, add-ons, your latest offer. It hands the customer to your team at the point you choose.
Do I need to renovate my venue?
No. FL1 finds its way with LiDAR and cameras. There are no ceiling markers, floor tracks or renovations. Setup takes about 48 hours.
Is it safe in a busy venue?
Yes. The robot sees people, children and chairs, and it stops or goes around them, even in tight spaces.
How much does Pip cost, and how do I start?
FoodLink System quotes every venue on its own, based on size, opening hours and what Pip needs to do. You start with a 3-month pioneer phase and can cancel anytime in those 3 months, with no penalty. If it works, it continues as a 12-month lease.
What support do you give?
We set up at your venue, map the space and train your staff. After that, we watch the robot remotely, 24/7, and do on-site maintenance from our Johor HQ.
